Hi, I’m Radhika Sundar..

I work with founders who are running solid, growing businesses, but don’t feel fully confident in their numbers yet. Not because they don’t care, but because they haven’t had the right financial partner alongside them.

Before starting my practice, I spent several years in finance and audit at Visa and Deloitte. That experience gave me a strong foundation in what good financial structure looks like — and how to apply it in a practical way to growing service businesses.

Today, I work with a small group of agencies, consultancies, and managed service providers. These businesses have a lot of moving pieces — from project economics to utilization to cash flow. I bring clarity to how it all fits together, so you can make confident, proactive decisions.

In practice, this means aligning your team and turning your numbers into a clear path forward that supports both your business and personal goals.

When I’m not working, I’m in Foster City with my husband and our identical twin daughters.
